Four MP 710 N constructions
MACtac Europe has developed four new constructions for roll label printing by extending its MP 710 N hot melt adhesive product range.
MP 710 N answers both printers and end-users need of a high initial tack and adhesion on a wide range of surfaces. Labels coated with MP 710 N hot melt adhesive can be applied directly on dry and moist non-fatty food products, according to ISEGA recommendations.
MP 710 N adhesive is coated on the following face stocks :
- MAClitho TC, offering the resistance of a synthetic film and the printability of a paper. Excellent adhesion is warrantied on HDPE, and cardboard as well as on non-polar, rough and moist substrates.

- YUPO FPS 80 NTC, a white medium gloss bi-axially oriented PP film offering a high opacity, a superior whiteness and an excellent printability including in thermal transfer.
Labels made with YUPO FPS 80 NTC are unaffected by water, grease and a wide range of chemicals.

- VELVET, OPAQUE, a white wood-free paper printable in all common printing processes. It is coated with a blue opaque ink to guarantee opacity without affecting the whiteness of the face paper.

- MACtab, a white, matt, wood-free and chlorine-free paper printable in all common printing techniques.
MACtab is coated with MP 710 N-2 adhesive with a higher coating weight for very difficult substrates like carpets and containers.

A new PP construction
MACpropy 728 TC coated with MP 128 N permanent adhesive is ideal for labels with a matt and soft appearance especially for cosmetics and household products.
MACpropy 728 TC is a white opaque PP film with a paper-like top coating. It is printable in traditional printing techniques as well as in thermal transfer, dot matrix and inkjet.
MACpropy 728 TC guarantees easy matrix stripping and high speed label dispensing.
