For over forty years, MACtac has built upon its reputation as a performance-driven innovator in the pressure sensitive industry. MACtac's roots can be traced back to the 1940s, when an entrepreneur by the name of Burt Morgan began manufacturing medical and masking tapes. Over the next decade, he began embracing a broader vision. He teamed up with Greg Bemis, Sr., head of the Minneapolis-based Bemis Bag Company, to partner on a new pressure sensitive venture. With Bemis' faith and financial backing, Morgan Adhesives Company was officially incorporated in January of 1959. MACtac was born.

Today, Morgan Adhesives Company (MACtac) has manufacturing and distribution facilities around the globe, including the United States, Belgium, Canada, Mexico and Singapore. Bemis, MACtac's long-standing parent company, has $3,5 billion in annual sales and is recognized as the premier manufacturer of flexible packaging materials throughout the world.

 

 

MACtac Europe - Asia Pacific - Africa - Middle East

The European plant and the MACtac Europe Headquarters were established in Soignies (Belgium) in 1967. MACtac Europe S.A. distributes its products through fully owned Subsidiaries (France, UK, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Benelux, Switzerland, Spain ,Singapore, Poland and Shanghai -China) and through an international network of specialized distributors in the other regions, guaranteeing a professional service to all customers whatever their size or industry.
